How to restore Siri's verbal responses after Apple Intelligence update on iPad Pro 6th Gen iOS 18.3.1

My iPad is magical. No other way for me to phrase it. I love it. I'm a slow learner, but thanks to many in the community I've become comfortable with it. One feature that I feel destroys Google is Siri. I would be able to ask Siri Questions like What's the temperature? What's the forecast for this week? What's the synopsis of this movie? Who.... Etc etc. And even more obscure ones like "Siri, how many days has it been since..." and every single time she'd verbally responded with a correct answer.

When I did an update that included Apple Intelligence, everything relating to Siri got broken. Initially Siri wouldn't respond at all, it was just a trim of rainbow glow prompting for a command or something, focusing on Chat GPT. I've followed every article I can find and every video to turn off Apple Intelligence and turn Siri back on, but all I get from her is "mhm?" and then possible google search results. Task based requests do work (play music, what's the weather, and a few others) but no verbal follow-ups to those either.

Is there any way to remove Apple Intelligence completely and get Siri back to her beautiful Glory?
