Red dot in Dynamic Island

It’s back. I have no apps running. Updated to iOS 18.3.1 this week.

the red dot is in the Dynamic Island showing between the middle and right hand side. If I open something like music the dot moves out of the island to the right side top of the screen. 14 Pro Max. I turned the iPhone off and on the dot is still there. Any ideas?
