How do I bypass Apple activation lock on a secondhand MacBook Pro?

I sicken hand purchase a MacBook Pro. I reset it but now it has a activation lock on it, and the person who sold me the laptop doesn’t answer my messages

Troubleshooting a Scam Sale:

You've been scammed. So, where was this purchased? If off a Web site, such as eBay or Amazon, you can report a scam on that site. Elsewise, you'll have to take this up, yourself.

When purchasing a used Mac, you should have the user perform as instructed here, including the iCloud logout: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, Trade in, or Recycle your Mac - Apple Support. Then, require that they lest you log into it on your own Apple Account, prior to selling it to you. If they decide to disabide by those rules you've set forth, then you should not proceed with the transition.
