Is there a solution for frequent charging issues with iPhone 16 Pro Max?

I have had 5 x iPhone 16 Pro Max in 4 months since October 2024; they were not repaired but replaced. It's the same issue; the phone will not charge; therefore (it flashes amber then green then back to amber), it is no good when the battery goes to zero. charge.

I have 40% left in this phone, so I am returning it to the Apple Store, where I have had two new phones from this store in a month and see if they have a solution.


Paying £1600 for a phone that is not fit for purpose is outrageous.

II. Perform a Restart:

Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart.

Report this to Apple...

So, do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of your occurrences, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when this all began. Include the URL of this thread
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
