Screen Time restrictions not working properly on iPhone

I have screen time restrictions for installing apps and deleting apps as don’t allow. Whenever I add 1 website in the allow list the whole browser is able to be used, even when I revoke that website and also the App Store is on even if the setting is not allow. I have to keep leaving and rejoining the family because of this.

Why has this not been fixed yet?

I've had some similar issues as you described. The way I was able to remedy this is to upgrade all devices that are part of the family to the latest iOS version. I noticed that these types of issues started happening for me if one of my devices I used to access Screentime wasn't on the latest iOS version.
