How can I create text shortcuts on my iPhone?

Like if i save my address using few words in note…then all i need to do is just paste those few words and whole address will be displayed…i used this trick before using notes but right now i forgot it…plz help

I believe “text replacement” is what you are after: Save keystrokes with text replacements on iPhone - Apple Support.
