Starting Feb 11, 2025. MacBook Pro 16 inch, 48 GB Sequoia 15.3 is suddenly not charging and continuously restarts. Also trouble connecting to Internet that has strong signal. Nothing happened to the device -- not drop, hasn't even left home. No one else has access.

do you get a kernel panic report when it restarts?
if so, that may have clues to WHY.
Can you save and post that report? can take a picture of the screen with your phone and send the picture?
if not, post back and there is a procedure to look up stored reports.
I never got any warnings at all. It just kept crashing, trouble starting, wifi unable to connect. Was told it wasn't a software problem but never learned what the problem was. Apple shipped it off to be repaired on Thursday and picked up Tuesday night.
Wish there was something helpful to post, but nothing. At least it's back and working with no issues now.
