The more important issue here is that the 14 Pro Max was discontinued in September of 2023.
Where, exactly, did you buy it? Unless it's been sitting on the shelf at a carrier store somewhere for a year and a half, you bought a used phone.
Apple has been using unpredictable serial numbers for the last few years with no known formatting, too.
