Short answer: You can't.
Microsoft no longer sells a version of Office that will run on your machine.
You should be able to use the web based office apps in a browser, if you have a Microsoft 365 Subscription.

You could install LibreOffice . I believe that the latest stable release (25.2.0) and previous stable release (24.8.4) will run on Catalina and up.
