Have deleted the app.. reinstalled it again.. still does t work .. on my apple I pad .. missing the game so much but if I download it on my Samsung Galaxy phone it works perfectly

Your iPad Air is apparently too old.
For issues, enhancements, errors, or crashes with third-party apps, remove, restart, and reinstall the app and iPadOS (as you have already done), and then contact the third-party vendor.

The app might well be exceeding what that iPad Air and iOS 12 can provide too, as your configuration (from the footer) is below the minimum requirements for that game:

Angry birds 2 required iPad OS 13. In your tag line, you say you only have 12. Unless you can update your iPad, you will not be able to use that game.
You do not mention which iPad Air you have but try updating it by selecting Settings > General > Software Update. If it is eligible for an update, it will tell you. Just follow the prompts. If you are not eligible for an update, you will not be able to play that game on your old iPad.
