Hello! I cant pair my watches and phone. I tried million times. Its starting to update to new ios, downloading 10 hours and starting again😭 help me please

Which of your devices is not updating?
iOS is the firmware on the iPhone, watchOS would be the Apple Watch.
If your iPhone has been updated to iOS 18.3.1, force restart it after that.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Then connect your watch and iPhone to the charger and start searching for watchOS updates, using the Watch App on the iPhone.
