Why isn't my Apple Watch tracking sleep with Pillow: Sleep Tracker?

I have installed the Pillow Sleep tracker on my daughter's phone and watch, but I can't really get the watch to track her sleep. The clock comes with a bedtime reminder and it looks like I installed it correctly. But it just doesn't track her sleep. The watch is my old Watch 4 series, and Her phone is an iPhone 13 mini. how can i get these to work together

I myself have used Pillow for many years before Apple made it native in the health app. And it just works. Currently I run Apple Watch Ultra 2, with iPhone 16 pro

Tracking sleep is not available if you set up the Apple Watch for a family member:

Or is she above 13 years old? There might also be age restrictions if your daughter is having her own Apple Account on the iPhone and paired watch.
