I have 15 Pro Max after 219 Cycle counts battery health dropped 96%. Strange thing is, 3 % dropped with in 25 days. Apple would like to tell us about the reason behind this issue. I am using original cable & 20 watts charger from apple store.

Pretty good. I wish my battery was doing as well as yours. The battery is expected to drop about 1% for every 50 Charge Cycles, so 219 divided by 50 = 4.4%. Days and weeks don't mean much.....Charge Cycles do.
100% - 4.4% = 95.6%. Apple always rounds down any tenths, so 95.6 would be displayed as 95%, so if you are at 96%, an argument could be made that your battery is slightly above average.
Other users will point out that every user and every battery are different, along with some other information, so I will turn things over to them.
If you decide to take the phone into an Apple Store to have things checked, I think it will be a very tough sell to convince any of the techs that your battery has any problems at all.
