Problems in iOS 18.3.1 of Storage, iCloud, Messages, and Apple Payment

at first the update was fine. yesterday it started to basically lag and slow down my phone. my wallpaper glitches when i slide down the notification center, my apps are literally lagging, i’m getting no phone call notifications nor text notifications i have to open the two apps to know someone called me or text me, my keyboard is all glitchy just an overall mess of an update for me. i restart my phone about 5-6 times and its literally not working

I’ve never had such a bad reaction following any iOS update. This is the first time that I’ve really had to ‘complain’! Too many people reporting problems to be a coincidence. My iPad is fine, but the problems do seem (from what I can gather from other post) mainly related to iPhones. Certain emails are still not downloading from the server and I have never noticed such a quick battery drain. I’ve tried every trick to sort it but nothing has worked this time. Feeling very frustrated. 😡

I can't send any iMessages or use FaceTime on my iPhone 13, iPad, or MacBook Pro (all linked to the same account). When I go to "messages" in settings, it says my number is "Awaiting activation." I've tried toggling all relevant settings and am currently factory resetting my phone, though I've also had extensive trouble even doing this.

I also have issues my 14pro max, since this update. My 30 seconds lock setting no longer works and if I just leave my phone somewhere without remembering to lock it, it stays like that.

although I don’t have the “always on” setting, if I click on the screen to see the time and don’t press the side button to turn it off, the screen stays on.. it impacts my battery :(. Any way to rollback?

so disappointing

Besides random app freezes since ios 18 the system ran somewhat stable until 18.2.1 and still not fixed up to today: I cannot receive phonecalls. It immediately drops. So I know who called and I can call back.

Tried every trick on youtube, including a new eSim. Tried my sim at another phone works just fine. It is definitely the phone with ios18.

About a month now that I cannot use the very basic function of the phone. There are other discussions about this topic and Apple seems to ignore it. Most of them are regarding lines dropped after a few minutes.

I’ve been experiencing an issue where Apple’s weather app keeps resetting location permissions. I get a notification every time I open the app and the widget no longer displays info.

After updating to 18.3.1, my Apple Watch (SE Gen 1) keeps uninstalling and reinstalling multiple default apps, weather, music, podcasts, reminders, and a few others.

I’m having at least two issues:

1. google maps keep freezing and I keep having to close and re-start
2. impossible to share attachments when replying or forwarding emails in Mail app! This is the case even after changing setting to always include attachments when replying

iOS 18.3 has been a disaster. My Mail icons at the top to navigate back-and-forth between different mailboxes. Don’t show up.

I tap stuff and all of a sudden nothing works. I have apps that hang up for 5 to 15 seconds and I have to swipe them close to restart. This feels like an android device.For a $1500 phone and you would think they would do better. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max with one terabyte.

it’s been a long time since there’s been an update this bad but this one is bad. Plus, it kills my battery. It drained so fast even when I’m barely using it. Whatever Apple Intelligence is forgotten the brain part of the intelligence.

I updated to 18.3.1 last night . This morning I did a network reset and my iMessage no longer will activate and my email automatically removed only leaving my number. I can’t use iMessage after 18.3.1 update on a 14 Pro. Please fix now. Ty

After updating my phone to IOS 18.3.1 my phone has been having constant glitched where the screen goes completely green and sometimes it flashes lines of green and then it becomes alright after a while. Anyone else experiencing this after the update ?

As for me, I’m experiencing issues with my front camera on iPhone 15 Pro Max. The rear camera works fine but when attempting to switch to the front camera it doesn’t. It performs the flip when front camera is selected but shows image/ view of the rear. When in video mode the front camera freezes/ go black.

What the heck happened with iOS Apple 18.3.1 Update..??

I don’t know how long it takes Apple to fix this, but they’d better come out with a “Bug/Glitches Update” soon..!

or they’re Seriously going to loose Millions of Dollars with customers switching to another Provider.!!!

Wi-Fi is acting strange, sometimes it doesn’t show a connection even though it shows connection to wi-fi under “Settings”. Shows LTE connection at top of screen.

Very slow when not on Wi-Fi.

Battery draining quickly.

Websites failing to load in Safari.

Meu iPhone 14 depois que atualizei está piscando a tela quando abro aplicativos, primeiro achei que era somente WhatsApp mas não, e em todos os aplicativos do aparelho, o iOS precisa atualizar urgente.

I am having issues with 18.3.1 on my iPhone 14promax. Mainly just with my messages duplicating, saying messages did not send, randomly deleting a text that was just sent, and the contact info changes to phone numbers almost every time then corrects itself a few. My MacBookpro has never liked to show the names on my contacts either. I haven’t tried it on my iPad.
