i’m using qwerty and i want to change the key caps order + keyboard hardware. I finished doing the keyboard hardware, but how could I change key caps? I need Q, A, W and Z to switch into AZERTY order. But i kind of need new keys for the ones at the right… is it possible to ask a person who works for apple?

If you have a qwerty printed hardware keyboard and you want an azerty French printed one instead, the only way to find out if that is possible and what it would cost is to contact Apple stores and service centers in your country directly yourself. Nobody in these forums has such info.
Some people use skins or stickers that fit over the keyboard to deal with this problem.
If you are having trouble making your keyboard behave as if it were French azerty, let us know, as that is a settings issue easy to fix.
