I am locked out of my business account

I signed up for a business account (ams**.********count.com) using my gmail account (dcthoracic@gmail.com) as the admin address, but then I changed it to the primary account (John@*****.app*****ount.com). When I got locked out fo the John@****6.... account I couldnt recover the password because they sent a verification to the account I was locked out of (John@***i6....)

Is there someway you can send me a one time password to get back into my account?
