Hello, I’m using an iPhone 14 and Face ID works for logging into apps.However, in some card apps, especially for passport identity verification, Face ID recognizes my face but doesn’t complete the passport verification process. It works fine on another iPhone, but not on mine. I have reset Face ID and updated iOS, but the issue persists. Can you help me with this?

Are you doing it from any App or web ?
if doing from App reinstall the app and then check again .
if doing from web ,clear the browsing data cached files from browser and check if you are able to do .

You’re saying Face ID isn’t working. Face ID uses the TrueDepth camera. The front facing or selfie camera is a traditional camera. TrueDepth camera uses a 3D model of your face. There are two entirely different systems.
Specifically, what app is not working? This is sounding more and more like an app issue and not a iPhone issue.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I have tried many ways but it doesn't work.
