AirPods running out of charge quickly

“AirPods running out of charge quickly: my AirPods charge only lasts for at least an hour max 2 hours and I don’t know how to check the battery health/capacity of them. I also don’t know whether the volume affects the battery life? Does anyone have any answers?“

Troubleshooting AirPods Battery Draining:

A record is not kept, and, as a result, viewing the Battery Health is not something that is a feature of AirPods. The more louder you amplify the sound, the quicker the battery will drain.

B. Try the Following Tasks:

• Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

• Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

• Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.

How long have you used it? The battery may have aged. You might need a replacement or replace the battery.
