How do I stop my Apple Watch from prompting to enter text on my iPhone?

how do I stop getting a message/link on my iphone from my apple watch? It says. “Apple Watch Keyboard Keyboard Input Enter text on your Apple Watch using your iOS keyboard. Press to type.”

Earlier, using my watch to respond to a text, I tried using voice input. Was not sure it responded. Ever since then, I’m getting this message/link on my iPhone at random. Very annoying.
