Academia.edu is a Publication site of Medical, physic, etc. 1/10/25 I wanted to read a research paper on FES in Spinal Cord Injured Patients for Gait training & walk assist( latest news; breakthrough’s) So I Read first page a and half nothing didn’t know or use since early 2000, thot they’ll get to it. website state it’s a public paper so can Read for free or D/L and Read later. Want an email(I’m suspicious, but I’ve created acct’s on other Med. Journal & to read Publication of Neurological Pub’s, Research, ,etc. But still I used Apple Relay Hide my ID(email address) to create “free”acct. didn’t have to create a PW, weird but okay pay site youkd be asked to create a PW..,? Read paper Pub’d (1999) all 5he other that seemed of intrst tomme also were over 12years+ old. So was done cancelled acct. easily,, or so I thot, Turn out not hav3 manage to do so per there own FAQ page, States<How to cancel auto-renewal, and get refund, File Complaint of Unauthorized Chrg, these and 4 others similar FAQ’s are in their FreqAskedQuest. So when you cancel they want last 4 of your card which was chrgd (fraudulently), EXP date of said Card,,? Yeah right!!(still don’t now how they chrgd acct.) so I get thru this hurdle. Bank Gave me # (Academia.edu 800)phone#)it goes straight to autoVoice to leave a msg and complaint refund etc, & they will email you or leave a Voice msg.(How are they, If I answervPhone?) Contacted BBB & TRUSTPILOT, Tlkd 2others on Reddit Publshr’s & Patrons’ worse than my case. Unauthorized Charges and Unauthorized Use of Publishers Docs, or just don’t pa6 them and fall. Back on read the ‘Statement of Accepted Use ‘ I’m hoping to receive email, president’s day prob delay, Want my Money Back, If on Disability from Broken Neck you live on very little, You accounted for All.. Only real reason I’m posting this Long Query on Apple Community is, inform others of Co. Practices to avoid others. Never even sent email saying congrats on YouR new Acct with Acum.edu or telling of chrgd upcoming or receipt after Chrg.

During reading Of others ordeals, they are known to tell you “You Used an Apple App to Create and Setup Renewal of membership so You epWill Have to Use Same Device to Cancel for reimbursement. Money’s are non refundable you will have to contact Apple’s Srvc dept.the6 will contact us.
