Thousands of contacts stored in car bluetooth

Dear Team

I have problems with my iphone 13 pro max sending over 40,000 contacts to my car phone so I am unable to search for any contact. I need to scroll through alphabetically.

For example, if I want to search for "John" I select the letter "P". The carphone so then should show all the "Ps". But it does nothing. It still is stuck at the beginning of the contacts being the ones that commence with the letter "A".

Please help!

Stalled Contact Search:

Your car’s stereo is stuck in a search queue. So, do you need all of these numbers? If not, then just delete them. Look at the driver’s manual for instructions on how to do so.
