Is the Apple Watch Series 10 Safe for Freediving Up to 25 Meters?

I have an Apple Watch Series 10, which Apple states is water-resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM). I occasionally go freediving, with a maximum depth of around 25 meters. Would the Apple Watch Series 10 be able to withstand these depths during freediving?

Each dive lasts between 30 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds, and I typically do about 10 dives per session. Would this be safe for the watch?

iPhone 13, iOS 18

Apple states in this related article, that these watches

...

should not be used for scuba diving, water skiing, or other activities involving high velocity water or submersion below shallow depth.

So I would not recommend diving up to a depth of 25m, no matter how long or short the time is.
