I have the newest version of I pad pro and have experienced color lighting circling the border of my IPad. Should it be replace? Still under warranty

This is a feature introduced with iPadOS 18.x and Apple Intelligence - the Apple Intelligence features being a phased release to different countries.
You will only see the coloured border when you activate Siri and the iPad is waiting for your input. The coloured border won't be seen at other times.
When when were the lights surrounding iPad Pro added to the software? I updated several days ago, and it just started today
