Problem with Apple tv app

Hello,


I have installed the Apple TV app on my Xbox Series S, but every time I try to open it, my screen displays a message saying, "Check device power" (as shown in the attached image).


Other games and applications on my Xbox work fine, so this issue is only happening with the Apple TV app. My HDMI connection is properly set up, and my console is fully functional.


I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Restarting the Xbox console.

2. Forcing the app to close and reopening it.

3. Checking for app updates.

4. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Apple TV app.

5. Testing my internet connection, which is working fine.


Despite these steps, the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this problem?
