Safari issue on iPad Pro 11 after iOS 18.3.1 update

Updated my 2018 iPad Pro 11" with 18.3.1 security fix. Now if I am in landscape mode, the address field in Safari is inoperable. Cannot even get a cursor to appear in that area. Rotating to vertical mode restores the address field back to normal. Rotating completely around until the buttons are on the bottom also allows the address field to function. I have done all the resets, including full wipe but the problem persists. My iPhone 11 got the same update and works perfectly.
