iCloud is downloading 10GB each day again

I'am using a MacBook Air and a Mac mini with the same Apple ID.

Each day when I start either the Macbook or the Mac mini they are starting to download 10.79GB of data.

I've found out that the data is stored in this path:

"/Users/UserName/Library/Caches/CloudKit/com.apple.bird/908f6c89579969ecf181e7a5af5e4cabc4a1b2c1/MMCS/ClonedFiles/documentContent__D3598F3B-28E2-4246-8F9B-13C0B217D216_fileContent"

The file size and the date are exactly representing the download. I've tried to delete the "MMCS" folder on both Macs what seemed like it solved the issue. But around two or three days later both Macs started to download again.

Does anybody has an idea how to solve this?

Mac mini, macOS 15.3
