Why is my left AirPod keep dying even with fully charged battery?

So, it's been a few months that my left airpods been dying within 10 minutes after I plugged it into my ear, but it actually has 100% battery when I put it back into the case.

Yes, I have resetted my AirPods for a million times now, and it does not seem to fix the issue.

I clean the case and units once a week, so no dirt issues as well.

What I think the issue is either

  1. My airpods batterys actually outdated and it cannot last more than 10 mins (been using them for multiple years)

or

2. The battery is fine but has some sort of bugs that make airpods just die for no reason

I suspect they got some sort of bugs about this, but resetting them hasn't been done anything yet so I have no clue how to fix this problem and it's really pmo... pls help

I would go with your option #1 - the battery is old. You can use the link below to check the price for a new battery but those are quite old. It may be time to treat yourself to a new, updated st of AirPods.
