Hey idk if this is just a problem I’ve been having but one of my AirPods doesn’t charge properly, like it doesn’t like to charge and I basically have to shake the case around to get it to charge. It charges to “100%” but runs out of charge LONG before its other half. Like the other one will still be on 60-70%.
I have already tried cleaning the AirPod and case and resetting but neither has helped. Any ideas or do I need to bring them into a shop?

Get a Replacement:
From what you’ve tried, take these back. You have 14 days to return these. Apple gives you a one-year, out-of.the.box limited warranty with these. So, if found to be faulty, then Apple might just replace them for you.

Frankly, it this were me, I’d just get myself another pair, rather than placing them
in my own ear. These are used.
