I’m trying to make some money with uber eats delivery. So im using uber driver app that make annoying notification sounds. I tried every possible option to turn off these notification sounds but never worked. It should be a crime that my phone is making noise even though I have it on silent. Please help me about it.

From what I have found, the Uber Driver app is designed to bypass Silent Mode so you can get important notifications. Though try Settings > Notifications > Uber > Turn off Sound.
Perhaps time has come to consider offering suggestion
(complaint) to Apple itself about this experienced issue?

Use form and express your issue with exact basic terms
while they may not get back to you. Supply initial details
in hopes that they may ask you for more.
A later iOS patch could include some fixes toward that end.
And each individual with this kind of issue, should report via
the Apple Feedback for iOS iPhone form.
That doesn't work, lots of people complain about this myself included. It’s annoying and needs to be sorted as i have my phone on silent and also notification sounds turned off yet it still dings everytime i get an order.
