Not receiving Group Texts on my iPhone
I had an iPhone Xr, 128GB, current IOS & Spectrum service. I couldn't get Group Text messages sent from an Android phone on my phone, but was getting them on my iPad Gen 4 WiFi & Cell 128GB current IOS. I called Spectrum Tech Support and each time they'd have me change something on my phone, such as, Send and Receive would have my phone #, my email addy & my iCloud addy ticked and they'd have me untick all except my phone #. Didn't help, nothing they said helped and the ticks came back in the example I gave.
I went to a Spectrum Store with my iPhone and the girl (Tech?) said it was an issue with the older iPhone's and I needed to upgrade. So, I purchased an iPhone 15 128GB and still have the issue.
I have gone through my iPad's settings and set all on my phone the same. Note: there are a couple or so settings that are present on the phone that aren't on the pad, but I don't think they're significant differences.
Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
