Not receiving Group Texts on my iPhone

Your ipad can't get MMS unless you enable text message forwarding on your phone, you can however receive imessage on your ipad from other Apple devices.

Your line isn't provisioned correctly with Specturm, escalate the issue with them, it has nothing to do with your phone or Apple, there is no need for you sign in or out of anything.
