My iphone 13s screen has been frozen for 6 hours, ive done a force reset multiple times by pressing the top sound button and then the bottom one and then holding the off button, it has frozen like this before and the force reset had fixed it. I have had this phone for less than 3 months, haven't dropped it, no damage whatsoever, im just really confused and cant find anything to help online, can anyone help please?

After the volume up/volume down, then press and hold the side power button, how long are you holding it? It could take what seems like a looooong time. Keep holding it.
thank u for replying! it is 100% restarting, i hold it down the phone screen goes black then shows the apple logo and comes back on i've done this over 20 times and its still frozen
