Camera not applying photographic styles

iPhone 16 Pro Max, iOS 18.2.1

First of all, I have photographic styles enabled, this isn't caused by proraw, the button not being there, etc.

I can see the photographic style applied in the camera app, I can tune it, I can switch to a different one. After taking the photo, or multiple one using different styles, and going to the Photos app I can see the photographic style was not applied and saved to the photo. Multiple photos taken under different style look the same. Indeed checking the metadata of the files there is no information about the photographic style that it was taken with and of course going to edit there is only the old filters option.

This used to work when I got the phone, on iOS 18.0. Not really sure when it stopped working.
