How can I remove trafficshield.xyz from my iPad Pro?

What Is traffic shield.XYZ security threat center it keeps popping up on my iPhone and tells me that I have 28 threats. It offers to fix now I immediately sweep up to delete it or to close it. What is it and do it I need it or is this a scam? Sometimes it says threat sweeper.

This was the best answer yet. I did this on my phone and trafficshield tried to open up but didn’t. Asked for permission to open, which, of course, I didn’t allow. Hopefully, the unwanted popup will eventually go away.

I followed your instructions exactly as shown in your post above, but this

annoying pop up ended up on the “always allow” list!

I’ve tried repeatedly to remove it from there, but it won’t let me!

I quickly added it to the “never allow” list, (which was below the “always allow”), but

will you please tell me how to remove it from the “always allow” list?

I already have an ad blocker in use, (I use Safari but my search engine is

DuckDuckGo). I’m going to report this intrusive pop up to them as well.

As I stated in my post, it pops up automatically in Safari without me tapping anything in the Cryptograms app. This game is by Joyteractive Limited and not Zynga. It also popped up in the app My Perfect Hotel which is done by SayGames Ltd. I don't know that it's just Zynga.

Same thing is constantly happening to me during Words With Friends. Safari just randomly pops up with this annoying ad, leaving the browser window open while I return to WWF. Just started happening a few days ago.

I’m having the exact same problem while playing with words with friends. It is so irritating!! Has someone figured out how to resolve this issue? I’m new to this community forum and I don’t see a place where it has answers.

I went in to do this, but inadvertently typed in trafficshield under “Always Allow” instead of “Never Allow”… now can’t get rid of it under “Always Allow”. Can somebody help, please. Popping up many many times while playing Words with Friends.

Hi everyone, I’m reading where people are only experiencing this with Words with Friends. It is popping up with everything that I have on the screen of this iPad, not just Words with Friends, but all apps and when I’m on a website on Safari too. It’s probably been several months since I downloaded anything out of the App Store on this iPad, but I made the mistake I guess a couple days ago of downloading Solitaire Clash. I never even opened this app, but these ads began within 15 minutes of downloading it. It took me until the next morning to think the two may have been connected though and I immediately deleted it without ever opening it. But now I’m dealing with this every 10-15 minutes, no matter what I’m doing on this iPad. Again, I don’t know if there is any correlation between the two, but thought I had to mention my experience. 

I have noticed this so much on many different game applications and such it is annoying. It doesn’t seem to matter which app you play on for games that contains the ads for them. Hopefully this is being reported to whoever controls that fixes it. It is going to be a major problem honestly I would say with it being on several applications which really makes this unsafe if someone does something wrong on that website. It does appear as threatseeker.xyz also as it does open the same way as trafficshield.xyz. Would recommend blocking both trafficshield.xyz along with threatseeker.xyz if you see them both.

You're right. The browser does keep popping up, but at least it does not open the URL. Better than nothing.

I did send a critical review as well as the 1 star rating. For almost all these games there is another version of the same thing out there. It's impressive how many ways there are to match three of something, or do a paint-by-numbers. If you don't like being spammed this way, you have the power. Tell the developer why and then just walk away!

it's happened to me in MULTIPLE apps/games and i keep scrolling through the comments and i don't see any solutions i saw one and i tried and got a little confused lol but its rly annoying i got it in Word With Friends so i deleted it now i get it in Hidden Tales like stawp

Same here, playing Words With Friends (on iPad Air)! I hope someone from Apple responds soon, this is unnerving.

I cant find any good answers for this! All settings are off and no real help to revoke banner ads.

Just started with me yesterday? Apple support is a no show for answers?
