How do I fix off-center time and missing flashlight/camera buttons on iPhone 15 Pro Max?

Ive dropped my phone, and now the time is off center, to the left. The flashlight button and camera buttons are both gone, and camera needs to be unlocked to use in the quick menu. If turned back on and off multiple times, it goes back to normal. Still, The inconsistency is annoying, any ways to fix?
