Why does my iPad unexpectedly shut down at a specific battery percentage?
few years ago, my ipad shuts down at certain battery percentage, and it showed empty battery when it has charged

All reachable batteries have a finite life. The battery in your iPad Air2 may be approaching the end of its usable lifespan.
