Why can't I paste items from ArcaMax website into iCloud email?

I am new to iCloud/Apple e-mail and having some difficulty pasting things. I often copy things from arcamax.com and paste into an e-mail, but when using iCloud they do not paste. Some items can be pasted, but not these. Is there a way to fix this?

Transferring folders to iCloud.com mail I am trying to get rid of Google on my Apple Mac, iPad and iPhone and have started creating an iCloud mail account. However, Google will not allow me to forward any emails from my Safari Mail. Any advice please .. gratefully received. All I want to do is transfer my files. Many thanks Judie
