Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally difficult to bypass. We can’t help, and Apple will expect an original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple reseller, or similarly convincing proof.
You’ll need to recover access to the Apple Account, or present that sufficiently-convincing proof of ownership to Apple and they’ll then decide whether to clear Activation Lock.
