How to reset a MacBook Air with forgotten iCloud password?

Hello, I bought a new Macbook Air, and I set a password for it, then I opened iCloud, 1 day later I forgot the password and I wanted to restore it to factory settings, then it asked me for iCloud, unfortunately I don't remember it either, no one can help me now, my new Macbook is like this, please help!

You will need to recover access to your Apple account.

Failing that, you will need to contact Apple and provide the original proof of purchase from Apple or an authorized retailer to have the activation lock removed.
