Stop bluetooth from taking over voice calls

I have an iPhone 11 with IOS 18.3.1 and it's paired with my bluetooth earbuds. Thing is, whenever I answer or make a call on my phone, even though I select iPhone to answer the call with and not my bluetooth, at some point mid call it'll switch to my earbuds and I'll have to switch back. I don't like using my earbuds to talk through due to the poor quality of the mic and answering to talk through the phone normally is easy on me. I don't want to have to disconnect my earbuds or turn off my bluetooth every time I answer a call. The call will repeatedly try to connect to my earbuds despite how many times I switch it to iPhone; plus having to reconnect or turn on my bluetooth every time would be annoying.

My Call Audio Routing is set to automatic (the other two options are bluetooth headset and speaker) so idk what to do there to help if I want the audio to come through the phone's earpiece during a phone call. How do I keep my earbuds from connecting to my phone calls on their own without having to turn off the bluetooth? I've already had my phone forget the device and paired them again and the issue still persists. Apple giving us the 'option' of how to answer a call only for something else to take over is pointless. Please help.

Earbuds Not Working Well with Apple:

A. Contact the Manufacture:

If these are not AirPods nor beats, then I presume they of another brand. So, contact the manufacturer. Just who is the manufacturer? Contacting them via a link on their homepage, or directly through eMail may be the best route to take. If you provide the manufacturer, I may be able to help your find the link.

B. Look Up Compatibility:

It may be compatibly getting int the way here. So, be certain these are make to work with Apple devices. As for the iOS version, you may need to install updates fro the firmware.
