managing parental controls from android / windows or web portal

hi there, i found this useful article to set screentime and parental controls but this always requires me to be there if my kids need changes and that is far from useful (Always resulting in me giving the pincode and than going to the annoynce of changing it again and me needing to remember it).

we are all on android and windows but one of the kids is on apple. this seems to force us into the apple ecosystem, why isn't there an android app or webinterface to manage the parental controls?
