On home screen I have created folders grouping certain apps, but the app icons duplicate.
I can see 2 youtube icons, 2 Amazon icons. Is this a bug? How can I resolve it?

First try a Force Restart. It may take a couple of attempts to get the key sequence correct and the last step of holding the side button until the Apple Logo appears could take up to 15 seconds. Ignore anything else on the screen during that time.

If they still appear, review the App Library by swiping all the way to the left and swipe down on the screen to view the apps in alphabetical order. Check for apps that have the same icon. I did notice the Amazon app has 2 different icons, so the app may be different as well. You can have apps showing the same icon by using a Shortcut for the app and also if you added a Web App that opens the page in Safari.

There arent any safari shortcuts nor apps with same icons!
However, after the forced restart I removed all the apps from the home screen and started to add them again. Hopefully, it resolves the problem.
u can remove one from home screen, it shouldnt get rid of the other one
That is catch! When I open the folder the YouTube (second one is actually hotstar) and the isnt anything in place of Amazon (again the second one)
