Where can I access older archived contacts from iCloud?

I need to restore contacts on my iphone. However the "archive of restored contacts" on icloud is not old enough to provide a complete list of contacts.

I lost my contacts around Feb 10th and the oldest archive is Feb 18th. Any ideas where I can access older archived data?

No. iCloud is not a backup but a synchronization service to keep your devices synced.

Perhaps you saved your contact list somewhere else? That would be the only option

Is there no way of accessing an archive of contacts from 2 weeks ago? I thought the reason I use iCloud was for exactly this type of requirement.
