How do I remove my Apple Watch case without damaging it?

To get a case off of your Apple watch-

First take off your Apple watch, take off the band that is currently on the watch, on the opposite side of the crown and side button- lift the side of the current case with your fingers and pull up. Hope this helps!

Ask whoever made the case. We can't look over your shoulder to see what you're seeing and have no idea what kind of case you bought.

It didn't work, I can't hold the watch and pull up the case.
