MacBook Air M2 crashing with pink screen

For context, I have had this mac for around 18 months and one day my mac started freezing and crashing after displaying a pink screen constantly and would display ‘iBoot panic’ or ‘kernel panic’. I had given it to Apple to get it checked and they said my mother board was faulty and I have to get it replaced. They quoted 60150INR to get it replaced. The original price was 105000INR. Is it worth the replacement? My concern is if I were to go for a new device, I would have to add an additional 40000INR
