Disabling Screen Time restrictions on my daughter's iPhone 14 Pro

My daughter is now 19 and an update was done on her phone Monday that added parental controls back on her phone. How do I remove the down time within screen time restrictions off her phone. She has an Apple 14 pro.

He goes into settings, general, and all the way at the bottom is "transfer or reset your phone". He does this, and all child safety settings are reset. Does anyone know how to restrict access to his settings? or the General settings?

Screen time parental control issue… it doesn’t work I have tried on numerous occasions to figure out how my child is able to circumvent parental control and screen time. Set allowances for time, content, etc. and it barely works. An 11 year old can bypass your screen time locks. Utterly pointless. Can you fix the worst thing on iOS

Blocking SETTINGS on child’s phone the kid on my account has figured out how that he can use the Settings App to change the date and time on his phone to bypass the screen time limits placed on certain apps. This seems like a significant flaw in the screen time system. Is there any way to prevent access without completely removing his phone?
