How do I resolve 'Sensor Permissions Missing' error in Oceanic+ app on Apple Watch?

Went thru and setup all features on the iPhone app then tried syncing to my watch. It says sync complete but when I open the app on the watch I get "SENSOR PERMISSIONS MISSING". The location it refers to make the changes are not on my iPhone settings or the apple watch settings. Anyone know how to get this working?
