Business Verification on Apple Maps

I was hoping it would be easier than with Google, but appears the verification process on Apple Maps is also governed by AI, and not monitored. I uploaded my verification documents over 2 weeks ago, and have heard nothing back. It doesn't let me upload any new documents, either, it's grayed out. So, they just aren't reviewing it, or if they did review it, and didn't accept my document (not sure why they wouldn't), but they certainly didn't follow up to ask for something else, or even give me the chance to upload anything else. Meanwhile, I'm already at 24 reviews on Google Maps.....
