I can’t delete or change my fingerprint. I have tried and when I press delete it wants to use my fingerprint in order to do this for authorization. It is not recognizing either of my prints. What do I do I. Order to change or turn off fingerprint ID ?

If there is a Try Again option, continue to tap that until you are prompted with entering your passcode, which should allow you to make changes to your Touch ID.
