Missing cut and move options on MacBook Air 13, M3 for moving file
I am using Mackbook Air 13, M3 and I could not get "cut and Move" options for file moving

The Mac Finder doesn't support "Cutting" files, the way that Windows does. If you "Cut" a file and then forgot to "Paste" it, wouldn't that be a good way to lose that file?
You can "Copy" a file using Command-C, and then "Move" it using Option-Command-V.
