How do I turn off voicemail on my iPhone?
I’m unable to hear my phone ring. It’s on voicemail continually. How can I switch voicemail off please

Hello!
Please make sure the Silent Mode switch on the left side of your iPhone isn't enabled. It should be black, and not red. Or, if your iPhone is dusty and you can't see the color, it should be towards the front screen of your iPhone.
Also ensure Do Not Disturb isn't enabled: How to turn Do Not Disturb on or off on your iPhone - Apple Support
Ensure that the ringer volume is as high as it will go. From the Home Screen, hold the Volume Up button. That is the top button on the left side of your iPhone.
Lastly, go to: Settings > Apps > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. Then make sure the switch is toggled off.
